To help you manage your cash flow better, the GO Business MasterCard can offer you interest free options for your business needs. With your GO Business MasterCard, you can buy it now, pay for it later, interest free3 at thousands of retailers.
These are some of the interest free options that the retailer may offer:
Interest free payment deferred purchase
Referred to as 'Buy Now Pay Later'. You are not required to make payments for a specified period of time, usually 6 to 12 months. Also, no interest is payable during the promotion period. A minimum spend during one sotre transaction is required - refer individual sotre for details.
nterest and payments are payable after the Buy Now Pay Later period expires. Before your interest free period expires, you can choose to pay off in the full outstanding balance, in which case, no interest will be charged.
Interest free promotion
An interest free promotion differs to the Buy Now Pay Later purchase. Interest free requires a minimum monthly payment, amounting to either 3% of the outstanding balance of your account or $25 - whichever is greater (plus any overdue payments, over limit amounts and fees/charges4).

How to make monthly payments
One convenient monthly statement for all your puchases means you can see exactl what you have spent on your GO Business MasterCard - with just one bull to pay. And there is a range of payment options detailed on your statement, so one is sure to suit you.
Note: Payments cannot be made by credit card of charge card.
You can pay your monthly payment by direct debit from your bank account, which must be in the name of the primary cardholder. You can set up a direct debit facility by completing a Direct Debit Form
You can pay your GO Business MasterCard account electronically using your banks telephone or interenet banking service. The BPAY service is avabilable to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply quote the GO Business MasterCard Biller Code (72405), your account number (located on your statement, this is different to your card number) and the amount you wish to pay. There is no charge for BPAY payments.
Present your statement and your paymanet at any Post Office. A payment handling fee of $1.50 applies to each transaction.

Use your card to access cash.
You can use your GO Business MasterCard to make cash withdrawals from any ATM displaying the MasterCard® or Cirrus® logo. That's over a million ATMs in 120 countries worldwide. You can also withdraw cash over the counter at any bank or financial institution displaying the MasterCard or Cirrus logo.
When withdrawing cash overseas, the amount will be converted at a rate set by MasterCard on the day that they process the transaction.
Interest on cash advances is charged from the date of withdrawal. Fees and charges will apply for cash withdrawals. Details are in your Conditions of Use. Your cash limit is available at the Online Service Centre.
What is my Cash Limit?
Your Cash Limit is a proportion of your overall Credit Limit, which you can use to make cash advances for business purposes. You can find out your Cash Limit on the top right hand corner of your account statement, or at the Online Service Centre. Alternatively, you can contact us.
What if I don’t want my staff (Additional Cardholders) to have access to cash?
You can choose to have the cash withdrawal function disabled for your additional cardholder when you apply for an Additional Card. Alternatively, you can contact us.
Don't forget that the individual making the application for the GO Business MasterCard (the primary cardholder) will be liable for all amounts owing on the account. This account will not be issued in the name of your company, trust or partnership (if any) and your company, trust or partnership will not be liable for any debt incurred.
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and how to protect it.
Every GO Business MasterCard cardholder is issued with a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used when making cash withdrawals.
You'll receive your PIN a few days after you have received your card.
You will need both your GO Business MasterCard and PIN to access cash 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from ATMs. Your unique PIN is printed underneath the security seal at the bottom of your PIN letter. Please take a moment to memorise it.
A few important things to remember:
- For security, please ensure your PIN is known only to you.
- Never write your PIN onto your GO Business MasterCard.
- Do not carry your PIN in your wallet or bag with your card.
Remember, if you keep your PIN with your card or disclose it to another person, you may be liable for any fraudulent misuse of your card.
Your PIN is unique to you and your card - only you can use it.
If you have any additional cardholders on your account, they will be sent their own unique PIN.
What if I forget my PIN?
If you forget your PIN, or don't receive a PIN you can ask for a replacement to be mailed to you by contacting us.
Can I choose my own PIN?
At this point in time there is no facility to choose your PIN.

So by requesting an additional GO Business MasterCard for your key staff, they can go out and do all the purchasing for your business, leaving you more time to get on with more important matters.
Additional cards can also help you earn even more GO Business Reward points sooner, which can be redeemed for a wide range of gifts.
How can I track my additional card expenditure?
When you request an additional card for your employees and partners, all charges will be billed to you and appear on your monthly statement.
Plus, the additional cardholder's transactions can be easily identified on your statement by the different card number, so it’s easy to keep track of their spending.
How do I get an additional card?
To apply for an additional card, contact us. There is a $25 annual charge for each additional card.
Can additional cardholders access the Online Service Centre?
Yes, the Primary cardholder can grant additional cardholders access to the Online Service Centre. Once registered, simply log in to the Online Service Centre and go to the "Additional cardholders" section. You will be able to register your additional cardholders for access to view either their own transactions or all transactions.

When have you accepted these Service Centre Terms and Conditions?
1. You will be taken to have accepted these Service Centre Terms and Conditions:- When you or any additional cardholder first use the service; or You select the 'Accept' icon when you register for the service.

2. These Service Centre terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of your account and to the extent of any inconsistency between the two, these terms and conditions will apply.
3. You are responsible for any use of the service by an additional cardholder. You should satisfy yourself that any additional cardholder has read and understood these Service Centre terms and conditions.

4. We may:-
Change the functionality or content of the service; or
Withdraw or deny access to the service at any time without prior notice.
Access to the Service
5. You agree we will give access to the service to anyone who uses a valid user identification and password.
Security of your Password
6. You agree to keep your password safe and secure. In particular, you agree:-
Not to tell anyone your password;
Not to let anyone use your password to access the service; and
Not to write down or store your password.
You agree to advise any additional cardholder of this obligation.
7. You agree to immediately tell us if you or an additional cardholder suspect the security of a password has been compromised.
8. The information about your account obtained from the service will reflect the current status of the account on our systems at the time you access the service. This information may not include transactions which are yet to be processed and may be corrected (e.g. if a transaction is reversed).
9. You acknowledge that, subject to your rights implied at law which cannot be excluded, we will not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with any use of the service (or any problems in attempting to use the service) unless the loss or damage is directly attributable to our fraudulent or negligent conduct.

10. We may:-
Change these Service Centre terms and conditions (including adding new terms and conditions); and introduce and change fees and charges in connection with the service; at any time. We must notify you of any such changes.
11. Notices and other communications in connection with these Service Centre terms and conditions may be given by using the service unless we advise you this may not be done or that a different method of communication is required.
12. A notice or other communication is deemed to be received when it enters the recipient's computer.
13. We may terminate the service at any time without notice to you. You may terminate your use (or the use of any additional cardholder) at any time by prior notice to us.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the State of Victoria and you and any additional cardholder submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Victoria.
15. Account means your credit card account with us.
Account holder means the person who has applied for and been accepted for an account. Additional cardholder means a person issued with a card for the account by us at your instruction that you have authorised to use the service.
Service means the account information service we are providing via the Internet. We, us, our means GE Capital Finance Australia (ABN 42 008 583 588) trading as GE Money. You means the account holder and includes your successors and assigns and your has a corresponding meaning.

Online Service Centre
When you register for access to the Online Service Centre, the information collected is compared with the details we already have stored, such as your name, date of birth and GO Business MasterCard card number, which we have previously collected from you so we can verify that you are the person seeking access to your personal information. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be able to access the Online Service Centre. When you submit feedback or questions via email, it is very important that you do not disclose any details that could be used by others to gain access to your account. This includes private details such as your username, password or GO Business MasterCard number. To ensure we properly protect your privacy and for security reasons, we cannot respond to your query via email if the answer would disclose account information personal to you. You will be directed to contact us using another method if this occurs.
