Why doesn't my BPAY payment appear?
BPAY payments usually take between 24 and 48 hours to appear on your account. Your financial institution provides overnight crediting of funds for payments made prior to the cut-off times your financial institution has set. If you make a BPAY payment over a weekend or public holiday your payment will take longer to process as these are not designated business banking days. For more information please check with your financial institution, or visit the BPAY website.
Is GST listed on my statement?
Yes, GST is included on a statement for information purposes only and is calculated on the basis that each relevant supply was wholly taxable. The statement of account does not constitute a tax invoice. You should obtain a tax invoice before claiming an input tax credit in respect of each relevant supply. You should talk to your advisor if you have any questions about GST.
How do I query an amount or transaction on my statement?
If you believe any of the transaction details on your monthly statement are not correct, please contact us immediately.
Why is the number on my statement different to the number on my GO MasterCard?
The number on your statement refers to your account number.
The number on your GO MasterCard is your individual card number, which is linked to your account. If you have any additional cards, this difference allows for easy identification on your statement of different card activity.
