Cash access and your PIN

Use your card to access cash.

You can use your GO Business MasterCard to make cash withdrawals from any ATM displaying the MasterCard® or Cirrus® logo. That's over a million ATMs in 120 countries worldwide. You can also withdraw cash over the counter at any bank or financial institution displaying the MasterCard or Cirrus logo.

When withdrawing cash overseas, the amount will be converted at a rate set by MasterCard on the day that they process the transaction.

Interest on cash advances is charged from the date of withdrawal. Fees and charges will apply for cash withdrawals. Details are in your
Conditions of Use. Your cash limit is available at the Online Service Centre.

What is my Cash Limit?

You Cash Limit is a proportion of your overall Credit Limit, which you can use to make cash advances for business purposes. You can find out your Cash Limit on the top right hand corner of your account statement, or at the Online Service Centre. Alternatively, you can contact us.

What if I don’t want my staff (Additional Cardholders) to have access to cash?

You can choose to have the cash withdrawal function disabled for your additional cardholder when you apply for an Additional Card.  Alternatively, you can contact us.

Don't forget that the individual making the application for the GO Business MasterCard (the primary cardholder) will be liable for all amounts owing on the account. This account will not be issued in the name of your company, trust or partnershiip (if any) and your company, trust or partnership will not be liable for any debt incurred.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and how to protect it.

Every GO Business MasterCard cardholder is issued with a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used when making cash withdrawals.

You'll receive your PIN a few days after you have received your card.

You will need both your GO Business MasterCard and PIN to access cash 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from ATMs. Your unique PIN is printed underneath the security seal at the bottom of your PIN letter. Please take a moment to memorise it.

A few important things to remember:

Remember, if you keep your PIN with your card or disclose it to another person, you may be liable for any fraudulent misuse of your card.

Your PIN is unique to you and your card - only you can use it.

If you have any additional cardholders on your account, they will be sent their own unique PIN.

What if I forget my PIN?

If you forget your PIN, or don't receive a PIN you can ask for a replacement to be mailed to you by contacting us.

Can I choose my own PIN?

At this point in time there is no facility to choose your PIN.
