Activating your card

Before you activate your card

Please ensure that each cardholder signs the back of their card using a black or blue ballpoint pen immediately upon receiving it. If you have more than one additional card, these cards will be mailed to you separately.


How to activate your card


For your protection, your GO Business MasterCard cannot be used until it has been activated. You can activate your card at the Online Service Centre. You will need the 16-digit card number located on the front of each card, and you will receive a confirmation of activation message when completed.

Alternatively, you can call 1300 365 894 to activate your card using the 16-digit card number and your date of birth.

After you activate your card

You are now able to use your GO Business MasterCard.


Once you've activated your GO Business MasterCard, you can also register to use our Online Service Centre to manage your account.

1 Don't worry if you've forgotten this password – we can ask you some other questions to ensure that the appropriate person is activating your card.
