How can I track my additional card expenditure?

When you request an additional card for your employees and partners, all charges will be billed to you and appear on your monthly statement.

Plus, the additional cardholder's transactions can be easily identified on your statement by the different card number, so it’s easy to keep track of their spending.

How do I get an additional card?

To apply for an additional card, contact us. There is a $25 annual charge for each additional card.

Can additional cardholders access the Online Service Centre?

Yes, the Primary cardholder can grant additional cardholders access to the Online Service Centre.  Once registered, simply log in to the Online Service Centre and go to the "Additional cardholders" section. You will be able to register your additional cardholders for access to view either their own transactions or all transactions.

What if I don’t want my staff (Additional Cardholders) to have access to cash?

You can choose to have the cash withdrawal function disabled for your Additional Cardholder when you apply for an Additional Card.  Alternatively, you can contact us.

Don’t forget that the individual making the application for the GO Business MasterCard (the primary cardholder) will be liable for all amounts owing on the account.  This account will not be issued in the name of your company, trust or partnership (if any) and your company, trust or partnership will not be liable for any debt incurred.
