From 1 July 2012 we are introducing a number of important changes to make it even easier to manage your GO MasterCard account.
  • We’ll let you know if you’ve gone over your credit limit.

We’ll contact you via either email, SMS, a phone call or a letter (once between each statement). There won’t be a fee for this service or for going over your limit. Learn more

  • Opt in to receive invitations to apply to increase your credit limit.

You can always opt in to receive invitations to apply to increase your credit limit. Opportunities for you to opt in will be provided over the coming months – watch out for these. Learn more

  • Your statement helps you understand how to pay off your balance sooner.

Do you know how much interest you might pay if you only pay the minimum amount each month? Or how long it could take to pay off your account? The new Managing Your Repayments section on your statement provides an illustration of what a difference paying a little more now will make, over time.

  • Manage your account online.

There are a number of account tools that you can use to make managing your account easier. By using the GO MasterCard Online Service Centre, you can switch to electronic statements to receive reminders when your statement is available. You can also select to receive payment confirmations to be sure when your payment has gone through.
