Activating your card

For your protection, your GO MasterCard cannot be used until it has been activated. Once you've activated your GO MasterCard, you can also register to use our Online Service Centre to manage your account.

Your security PIN (Personal Identification Number)

Your PIN is unique to you and you should receive it in the mail a few days after you receive your card. You can use your GO MasterCard card, with your PIN to access cash from ATMs around Australia.
