As a GO MasterCard customer, you’ll receive a monthly statement if you have activity on your account.
Each statement provides an outline of the transactions made over the last month and the minimum monthly payment required. The minimum monthly payment on GO MasterCard is 3% of the total outstanding balance, or $25, whichever is greater (plus, any instalment payments due in the statement period). Your statement will also ask you to pay any overdue or over limit amounts.
With GO MasterCard, it's easy to make payments when you need. Choose the method that suits you best: direct debit, BPAY, by mail or in person.
The direct debit facility helps to ensure you never miss a payment by setting up automatic monthly payments to your GO MasterCard account from your savings or cheque account. Login to the Online Service Centre to download a direct debit form. Payment cannot be made by credit card or charge card.
You can pay your GO MasterCard account electronically using your bank's telephone or internet banking service. The BPAY service is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However as payments are only processed during your banks designated hours, you’ll need to make sure you complete your transaction before your banks cut off time on your due date.
Simply quote the GO MasterCard Biller Code (443887), your Account Number (located on your statement) and the amount you wish to pay.
Send the tear-off payment slip with your cheque or money order made payable to GO MasterCard to:
