It's important customers know upfront what something is going to cost. Below you'll find a summary of our fees and charges. We've also included some helpful tips that could help you avoid paying them altogether.

General tips:
Keep track of the available credit on your credit card by using the Online Service Centre or by calling us on 1300 721 394.
If your circumstances change, so can your credit limit. Call 1300 721 394 if you’d like to review your limit.
Avoiding late fees:
Always ensure you've paid at least your minimum payment before the due date.
Be aware that some payment methods, such as BPAY and personal cheques, can take between 3-5 days to process.
If you're using direct debit, make sure there are sufficient funds in your account so that scheduled payments can be made.
